The focus on this project was to completely rewire the boat to make it safe for off-shore voyaging.

The individual projects included...

• A simple, but robust electrical panel (no LEDs). Separate marine grade breakers for every circuit. Note that proper tinned cabling and water-proof marine connecters were used throughout. Note also that the positive and negative bus bars were custom fabricated at the shop.
• A custom made stainless steel enclosue was installed behind the panel to protect the electrical circuits.
• A solid teak radio console was also custom made and installed.
• All wiring was upgraded, including the mast. This major project included integration of 3 battery banks complete with echo-charging to eliminate overcharge of less frequently used batteries.
