This double axle trailer was designed for a 7,000 lb sailboat, and includes electric brakes on both axels, as well as 9 pads for the ultimate in trailering support.

The orange, waterproof box houses a backup braking system and trailer electrics, complete with battery.

The trailer was welded and boxed to eliminate the possibility of water getting into the frame.

Note that the trailer extends all the way into the tongue to eliminate any possible flexing that results in sway. It also included 5 jacks, and powder coated pads.
